As a hockey club, we are committed to ensuring that every child who comes to play hockey has the same opportunity to improve their technical and match play skills. To achieve this, we take several steps:

1. We provide all players with access to high-quality coaching and training. Our coaches are experienced and knowledgeable, and they are dedicated to helping all players develop their skills.

2. We ensure that all players have access to appropriate equipment and facilities. We can provide all players with the necessary hockey equipment. (Excluding shin pads and gum shield)

3. We offer additional support or resources to players who may need extra help. If a player is struggling with a particular aspect of their game, we will work with them to provide extra coaching or resources to help them improve.

4. We create a welcoming and inclusive environment. We strive to create a positive team culture where all players feel comfortable and supported, regardless of their skill level or experience. This helps to encourage all players to learn and improve.
